- Material (`door_material`): one id offered for that type, or `recommend` (Recommend for me).
  - storefront: `alglass` Aluminum & glass, `fullglass` All-glass entrance, `recommend`
  - hollow: `steel` Hollow metal steel, `steellite` Steel with vision lite, `recommend`
  - fire: `steel` Hollow metal steel, `wood` Wood, `recommend`
  - security: `steel` Heavy-gauge steel, `steellite` Steel with security glass, `recommend`
  - swing: `wood` Wood, `steel` Steel, `fiberglass` Fiberglass, `glasslite` Glass panel, `recommend`
  - barn: `woodpanel` Wood panel, `frosted` Frosted glass, `recommend`

- A door closer is hardware already listed (controlled self-closing). A regular closer, including on an existing door, is that hardware. An automatic or power operator that opens a door by itself is not listed.
- `door_quantity`: how many of that same door. Blank means 1. Maximum 500.
- `door_location`: where it goes. Optional.
- `name`: required.
- `phone` or `email`: at least one.
- `company`, `address` (project address or city), `timeline`, `notes`: optional.
- `timeline`: As soon as possible, Within 1 month, 1–3 months, or Planning / bidding.

What happens next: the request goes to the office, and the office follows up. It is not an instant purchase.

This is not a second main button. It is the short form for someone who would rather not use the builder.
